There are two cases when your account can be suspended:
- Payment couldn’t be processed because of invalid or expired payment method
- Terms & Conditions have been breached
In case your account is suspended, you will immediately lose access to the main sections of the Admin Panel. If there’s a problem with your payment, you will still be able to log in and update your payment details in Account Settings. If you do so during 30 days after your account has been suspended, full access to the Admin Panel will be restored automatically.
