There are two cases when your account can be suspended:
- Payment couldn’t be processed because of an invalid or expired payment method
In case your account is suspended, you will immediately lose access to the main sections of the Admin Panel.
If there’s a problem with your payment, you will still be able to log in and update your payment details in Account Settings. If you do so within 30 days of your account being suspended, full access to the Admin Panel will be automatically restored.
