SmartFrame is compatible with a range of content management systems. You may, however, find that when previewing webpages prior to publication, some of these systems render SmartFrame images without their full functionality.

This is a consequence of certain content management systems nesting the SmartFrame embed code inside an iframe. Should this happen, a SmartFrame may appear in a Preview mode.

The Preview mode renders a SmartFrame without its interactive functions, such as call-to-action buttons and Hyper Zoom controls, and with no in-image advertising. It is easily distinguishable from a fully functional SmartFrame image by a small label that reads This is a preview.

This is not an error, but it should only be visible when previewing webpages. On published webpages, such SmartFrame images should appear without this label and with all functions and advertising working as expected.
