If you need to reset your password for any reason, please follow these steps.
- Click on the Forgot password? link below the form that you normally use to log in to your account
- Enter the email address to which your SmartFrame account is registered and click on Reset password
- Check your inbox – you should receive an email titled Password reset
- Click on the link in the email, as per the instructions
- On the page that opens, type in and confirm your new password before clicking on Set a new password. Please remember that this needs to be at least six characters in length
- Log in to your account with your email address and new password
