The Embed button allows viewers of your SmartFrames to quickly and easily embed them on their own website or blog.

When you enable this option, a small button will appear within your SmartFrame and this will reveal an embed code. This code simply needs to be copied and pasted into a website’s HTML or text editor for the SmartFrame to be successfully embedded.

This button may appear on its own or within the Share button options, depending on how you have your Theme configured. By enabling it, this change will be applicable to all SmartFrames that use this particular Theme.

How to add an Embed button to your SmartFrames

To add and edit the Embed button control, select the pencil next to the title of the Theme you are using for the image (or images) in question. Please note that, depending on your plan, you may only have one Theme. Click Continue, then select the Embed Button option within the left-hand-side menu. Here, you can enable the button, change its style and text, and even opt to display the button without any text.

The exact design of the Embed button depends on the design of the whole overlay, as defined in the Design section. In order to preview how this will appear inside a SmartFrame, click on the Preview button at the bottom of the page. This will open a full preview of the Theme, even before you save any changes made. Once you’re happy with the results, you can save the changes by clicking on the Save button.

Regardless of where such a SmartFrame is embedded, you will still be able to see and track this in the Insights panel. You’ll also be able to change its Theme or block it.

Note: this option is only available on desktop devices.
