SmartFrame Technologies is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Product Team based in Berlin. Our small team works closely with the London and Krakow offices and is responsible for product development, documentation and user support.
We are looking for a versatile, proactive and multi-talented person. If you are after a simple and predictable job, this is not a role for you. We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to get involved, continually learn new things, do something different every day and go beyond the role description. You’ll be liaising with global clients, writing blog articles, documentation and helping us proofread. This mean you must have extremely strong written and spoken English skills and be a very effective communicator. We’re not interested in B1 or B2 level, you need to be a native speaker or fully proficient and with a unique writing style too.
Ideally you have already had some experience in liaising with corporate clients and customers and have worked within an internet start-up or similar companies before.
Be ready to learn and embrace a technically advanced and innovative internet product. We don’t expect you to be a programmer but, you need a very good understanding of internet technologies, you must understand basic terms and be able to provide customers with instructions and chat to our development team.
We offer friendly and no-nonsense working environment in a team of 4 people, full time employment contract, company laptop, usual holidays, option scheme (after 12 months).

€30,000 – €35,000 per annum
